Then three things will happen:

1.You’ll receive a text message with the members-only phone number. Save this number to text us!

2. You will receive a link to self-schedule your first appointment. We keep spaces open for new patients every week! So you will not wait for your first visit.

3. You’ll receive an email with intake forms including your health history, consent forms, and release forms for any medical records you want us to have.

Everything comes from real people—Ashley and Towana— there is no AI reply or auto-reply! We’ll send these three things to you as soon as we see your enrollment—it may be a few hours if we’re busy in the office so don’t worry!
